Our robust Safety Management System (SMS) is a cornerstone of our operations, meticulously crafted through nine specialized manuals—including the Apex, Contingency, Operational, Technical, Procedural, Office Procedures, Passenger, Shipboard Maintenance, and High-Speed Craft Manuals—ensuring every vessel operates with precision, compliance, and care for the environment. We uphold the highest maritime standards through rigorous internal audits conducted by certified experts of LDCL and external verifications by DGS-appointed auditors or esteemed classification societies, promptly addressing findings with structured corrective and preventive measures. Our dedication is further evidenced by three distinct Documents of Compliance (DOCs) for Passenger & Cargo Vessels, High-Speed Crafts, and Tankers, each earned through stringent verification and sustained through regular audits, reflecting our relentless pursuit of safety and operational integrity.
